Dinner by the Dneiper

Wow, quite a process to get logged in!! But curious to know where the restaurant in the photo is located?
I think I ate their once. Isn’t it the old Mandarin restaurant? It was anchored in Pidol across from the Arizona BBQ, but city codes shut them down. Rumor was they were running their plumbing straight into the river. Cheap and convenient but the Dneiper fish complained about all the oriental spices they had to eat to cleanup. ((
