150ml Milk
50g Dry Oats and grain
50g Blueberries
50g Dates
Chop nuts and dates and put into a bowl. Add blueberries and milk. That was easy right?
5 medium size potatoes (about 1 kg.) 1 onion and 1 egg 3 Tbsp of all purpose flour 1 Tbsp of (Smetana) sour cream 1 tsp of salt and pepper to taste oil (for frying)
Preparation: Peel potatoes and onion and grate. Add flour, egg, sour cream and mix it well. Add salt and black pepper to batter. Warm up a skillet with 2-3 Tbsp of cooking oil. Fry on both sides, top with smetana.
1 red beetroot,carrot and onion
3 potatoes
150 grams cabbage
50 grams sweet pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp salt
1 pinch black pepper, marjoram, nutmeg, bay leaf
400 grams red beans
Chop and fry the vegetables. Add spices and water and simmer for 20 minutes. Enjoy with sour cream on top!

1 pinch vanilla
1 pinch salt
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp sugar
Mix ingredients in a bowl, roll into balls, flatten and fry in hot oil. Serve with sour cream or jam. That was easy right?

500 grams Flour
1 egg
1 cup water
6 large potatoes
1 large onion
Oil, Herbs, Salt and Pepper
Make dough with flour mixture, roll flat, cut out circles. Place potatoe filling on dough, fold and crimp edges, boil for 10 minutes.

3 Tbsp Honey
3 Eggs
100 g Dairy butter
400 g each of Sugar and Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
500 ml Milk
10 g Vanilla
Melt honey, butter,soda, sugar in a double boiler. Take off heat, add eggs and flour to make stiff pastry batter. Roll out layers and bake. Mix milk sugar, vanilla for cream. Layer baked pastry and cream. Cool. Enjoy!
